Waiting nine years for a new album can test anyone’s faith. You start wondering whether your favourite artist will ever return—or whether the moment has simply passed. Then, in April 2025, Post Mortem arrived, and it immediately felt like history repeating itself in the best possible way. Niccolò Contessa was back, bringing with him the same unmistakable blend of nihilism, razor-sharp observation, and a world forever seen through darker shades.

Now we can finally say it: Post Mortem is coming to Poplar. I Cani will take over Doss with the songs that, for better or worse, have shaped the imagination of an entire generation—one left searching for meaning, suspended somewhere between disillusionment and hope.
